Our clients represent some of the largest companies across the debt relief and debt collection industries. Greenbacks Consulting has been retained to build out their sales marketing, negotiations, and customer support teams. As such, we are actively engaged in a national search to fill positions for several clients. We are actively seeking individuals with experience in the debt relief industry, including debt settlement, credit repair or credit counseling services or who have recent work history in debt collections.

ABOUT THE POSITION:



The Sr. Debt Consultant position a front-line, client facing position and reports to the Sales Managers on the Sales Leadership team. This position is a direct sales position. You will be working inbound leads; no cold calling required. As such, you will be taking inbound calls from potential clients, listen to and evaluate their financial situation and, offer various program options suitable for the client’s situation. The Sr. Debt Consultant position is responsible for program enrollments, and accountable to sales goals and other sales performance metrics. This position is responsible for direct revenue contribution; therefore, a portion of your potential earnings will be based on your performance and your ability to achieve pre-determined sales goals.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:



  • Respond to leads through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Evaluate the current financial situation of potential clients.
  • Contrast and explain various debt relief program options.
  • Present one of more program options to assist the client.
  • Gather required financial information to complete enrollments.
  • Follow up to ensure the enrollment process is completed.
  • Conduct all sales presentations in a compliant manner set forth in company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and nurture potential affiliate marketing relationships.
  • Judiciously manage your time and work requirements to maximize results.
  • Provide detailed documentation of work activity to enable effective measurement and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION



  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling consumer financial products or services.
  • 2+ years of call center experience.
  • A documented history of consistently exceeding sales and performance metrics in a high volume, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Motivated, highly disciplined, self-starter personality.
  • Extremely strong listening skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate in a patient, effective and empathetic manner.
  • Effective negotiator with an ability to influence
  • Positive, uplifting attitude with an ability to motivate others on your team.
  • Possess a drive to exceed, with an emphasis on the success of the company.

  • Typical compensation: $75K - $125K+
